The most convenient way to arrive to Switzerland is by flight to Zurich Airport. It is the largest international airport in Switzerland with flight connections to 196 destinations in 62 countries. It offers ground transportation via train, bus, tram and taxi to Swiss cities.

Train connections are possible from many European countries to Switzerland. The Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) offer a timetable and ticket sales for train transportation to and within Switzerland.
Zurich Airport – St. Gallen train connection (approx. 1h) offers 2-3 InterCity or InterRegio trains every hour.
NOTE: You must buy any transportation ticket prior to entering the vehicle.
In principle, all train tickets must be bought before embarking, while most buses and trams have a ticket machine on board.
St. Gallen can be reached by car from the Zurich Airport via A1 highway (approx. 1h).
The OLMA Messen can be reached from the St. Gallen main station (Bahnhof) via Bus 3, direction: Heiligkreuz.
The Kantonsspital St. Gallen can be reached from the St. Gallen main station via Bus 1, 4, 7 and 11, direction: Stephanshorn, Guggeien, Neudorf and Kirche Mörschwil, respectively.
